Mindfulness is an approach that helps people to manage their thoughts and feelings, so that we are not overwhelmed by them. Carers Trust Tyne and Wear will be launching an exciting new venture which delivers Mindfulness Sessions to Carers, who care for people with mental health difficulties, in the borough of Gateshead. These sessions will be led by an experienced Mindfulness practitioner with a professional background in mental health, and a commitment to Carers and their wellbeing. Further information to follow.
