We take pride in the quality of care so we are looking for people with a genuine caring approach as well as the skills to deliver person centred care. You could be working in our on-site respite facility with young adults, in our day centre, coffee mornings, in clients homes or going out with clients for a day out!

About you

You might be fresh out of college, or have a few years of experience under your belt – for us attitude and drive is just as important as experience, although having NVQ level 2 in Health and Social care would be brilliant. You’ll have a good heart and want our people to be the absolute best they can be, with bucket-loads of initiative and a natural ability to solve problems and think creatively.

You’ll pride yourself on being approachable, friendly and someone that builds great connections with the clients and their families.

Flexibility is your middle name! Our service is 24/7 365 days a year.

Resilience when working under pressure – you don’t shy away from handling difficult situations. We’d love you to be a car driver but a good knowledge of local buses works well too!
