Admin volunteer needed
Do you have a few hours a week to spare and a passion for helping others? We’re looking for a dedicated admin volunteer to join our friendly team in Highfield.
About us
We provide crucial support to hundreds of carers each year. This includes thousands of hours of care for children, young people, and adults. To ensure the smooth running of our charity and track the impact of our services, we rely heavily on strong administrative support.
What you’ll do
As an admin volunteer, you’ll play a vital role in freeing up our staff’s time so they can focus on what they do best – supporting carers. Your tasks may include:
- Data entry and filing
- Assisting with internal communications
- Answering phone and online inquiries
- Welcoming visitors at our reception
- Ordering office supplies
