The Big Breakfast Club

Thank you for supporting Carers Trust Tyne & Wear Britain’s Best Breakfast Event 2016! This was our first Big Breakfast Event and so  far we have raised £580! World Mental Health Day 2016 Update

The event at Gateshead Leisure Centre was definitely a success. Despite it being a cold and rainy Monday morning it was busy with plenty of people on the on the stalls and those attending the event; service users and carers as well as members of the public all turned up to see what was on

World Mental Health Day

This year World Mental Health day will take place on Monday 10th October. The Gateshead event will take place at Gateshead Leisure Centre. The day starts at 10.30 and will end at 2.30. During the day a buffet will be provided and numerous activities including Mindfulness, Tai chi, Zumba, Badminton, Table tennis, Yoga and soft play
